Idols in Programming

Maybe it’s your first time to see this in a CV. Let me explain why.

After interviewing many people for my company or friends’ company, I found this is a really useful and efficient way to judge developers’ skill level and taste.

In my case, John Carmack and Anders Hejlsberg made me try to become a programmer rather than an engineer while I was studying Mechanical Engineering at University.

Paul Graham, David Heinemeier Hansson, Joel Spolsky told me how to become an elite programmer and how to make a widely used product. I hope some day I can make an application or service like them.

Thank you.
